Owing to its excellent aroma, texture and flavour, the extra virgin olive oil from the Palau Saverdera co-op was chosen by the Roca brothers’ restaurant (which was voted the best restaurant in the world in 2015) to be commercialised in a new channel: the Ă“pera Samfaina restaurant in Barcelona.
This initiative involved creating a new packaging design that could convey the premium nature of the product with a classic touch to pay homage to the trajectory of the co-op.
